Traditional education keeps learners cooped up indoors and can leave some learners struggling to meet expectations. The MAC Outdoor Educational Services ("The MAC") is a fresh startup that takes learners and instructors outdoors.
Why?
Youths and adults of all ages thrive outdoors!
Studies have shown that time spent outside elevates perceived mood and increases happy hormones. The MAC attempts to increase mood by connecting learners with enthusiastic, cool and supportive instructors in local parks.
The MAC is different in that it learns from learners -- it is a customer-centric learning platform that adjusts to learner needs and wants. We will go the extra mile to make you happy because happy learners learn more.
Instructors will always have a clear rubric outlining expectations for assessment and will give feedback based on collaborative goals.

We are in the exciting business development stage. Imagine kindergarten where we are safe to flub it and also to make it better. Ultimately, we hope to develop a handy app to connect learners with instructors for low-cost small group, outdoor learning experiences.
